What We Do
We encourage entry into college programs by finding existing grants and programs that make higher education more accessible, and provide mentorship through the entire process, from finding the right program, applying, and beyond. Often sex workers feel out of place in academia if it isn’t something you’ve have experienced before. We are here to encourage you along the way. We can help you locate internships and achieve your long term goals. Sex workers make excellent doctors, lawyers, accountants and philosophers. There really are no limits to what you can achieve. There are many psychological barriers that prevent you from achieving your best life, and we understand that it can be difficult to make a big life change. We aim to help you stay the course.
For those who have been incarcerated, we have a database of employers willing to help with individuals with a record. We can help you get a job immediately while also planning for long term career advancement by setting you up with free skill building classes like Excel, CHatGPT and coding. By building a resume and skill set it can open the door to better jobs down the line. If enrolled in our program we can finesse long term placement into higher paying jobs.
We help sex workers who are artists to publish their books, find gallery showings, or start small businesses. If you come to us with fire in your belly, we will do our best to fundraise for your efforts. We aim to build a supportive community of ventures led by current and past sex workers.
For parents doing sex work to support your families, we can help you in the same ways above, but we also offer low risk micro businesses. We understand that parenting requires revenue streams that work while you parent. Flexibility is key. These opportunities are for those willing to work with us long term, to insure the efficacy of the program.
What we don’t do.
We don’t make anything happen without your drive and desire behind it. Switching from sex work to something else requires a lot of bravery, work and persistence. We don’t push anyone to do anything they don’t want to. In fact you can be an active sex worker and still enlist our help. Ezili’s mission is to provide sex workers with alternative careers so that they do not have to rely on sex work, and if the time comes where it is no longer serving them, they have a back up plan. When sex work becomes something that is causing more harm than help in your life, we want you to have something else. Every human being deserves to make their own choices, and we stand behind that. Our goal is to create options by building financial freedom. We offer tangible help and community.
